The data, compiled by Washingtonian, profiles the ten area ZIP codes with the highest rise in house prices and the highest price increases from the first quarter of 2020 through the fourth quarter of 2021. Leading the area was Great Falls ZIP code 22066 with an average sales price of $1,475,000 and a two-year increase in of 31.1%. The next highest was McLean ZIP code 22101, with an average price of $1,403.500 and an increase in average house prices of 8.2%. Rounding out the top three was Chevy Chase (DC) ZIP code 20015, at $1,260,940 and 25.5%, respectively.
