What:  Great Falls Studio Art Tour

The Great Falls Studio Tour is an annual celebration of creativity for attendees to meet local artists in their home-based studios and share creative processes. The tour features many of the region’s top creative talents and showcases a variety of workspaces.

This will be an opportunity to visit artists in their studios, watch them work, participate in activities, and purchase art. Many of the studios are located in historic, rustic or other extraordinary properties and outbuildings. 

Demonstrations include wood carving, painting in progress, Century-old hand cranking lithographic press, pottery, quilting, mixed media, photography, and glass etching. 

There will be activities for all ages, including painting and drawing, “throwing” pottery on the wheel, touring a photography inspiration garden, and creating an original painting with wine on paper.

The Studio Art Tour is a free community event, taking place Friday, Oct. 21 through Sunday, Oct. 23, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm each day. Studios are located throughout the community. For a map of participating studios and other information, click here for the 2022 art tour brochure.
