Groundbreaking held for new senior living community in Great Falls

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Wednesday, April 7 for The Residence at Colvin Run – a 53,104-GSF, 62-unit senior living community on 2.8 acres at 1131 Walker Road. The facility will have 44 assisted living apartments and 18 memory care residences.

In describing the project, Herm Diebler, Co-Founder of Verity Commercial, noted that the entire project team, including his company, IntegraCare, and Architecture Incorporated, worked with Great Falls Citizens Association, Wayne Foley (the previous owner of the property) and other members of the community to ensure that their design would be architecturally compatible with nearby buildings and offer a logical transition from the adjacent commercial center to nearby residential areas.

Larry Rouvelas, Chief Executive Officer at IntegraCare, reaffirmed the importance of maintaining the character of the community and protecting the look, feel, and environment of the area. He added that having grown up in Great Falls, he understands what makes the community special for its residents.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2022. To see plans and learn more about the facility, see: https://greatfallsdispatch.com/construction-to-begin-soon-on-the-residence-at-colvin-run/.
