The spread of the Covid-19 virus has caused concerns in the treatment community as treatment services have been modified to remain effective while keeping clients and staff safe. Social distancing and self-quarantining have caused, in some people, feelings of disconnection, resulting in a measurable increase in drug overdoses and suicide deaths.
