Tysons is transforming, and Northern Virginia is counting down the days until the fall 2021 grand opening of Capital One Hall located at Capital One Center. The new venue will be home to a mix of performances, including top touring shows, concerts, comedy shows, corporate events, and community arts programs.
Besides the large theater, the new Capital One Hall will have a black box theatre to be known as The Vault, an outdoor venue called The Perch Stage for small concerts, digital screens for sporting events, and theatre quality plays, and facilities for receptions, weddings and other private events. It is planned that the 1600 seats in Capital One Hall and the 250 seats in The Vault, will be home to over 200 performances each year.
Bookings, events, and operations of Capital One Hall are managed by ASM Global.
Some venues at Capital One Hall will also be available for Fairfax County’s constituent use, programmed through ArtsFairfax, fulfilling a commitment by Capital One to provide event space for charitable, arts, nonprofit and other community groups. The 250-seat black box theater and classrooms will be available for community use at negotiated rates for Fairfax County-based non-profit groups, County agencies, and County public schools. Interested groups may reach out to ArtsFairfax to learn more about reserving space in these venues.
